By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees and authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generated Formulas: Formulas generated by the Service are provided for your use. You may use these formulas for any lawful purpose, including commercial use.

• The formulas generated will be 100% accurate in all cases
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

You understand and agree that you use any formulas generated by the Service at your own risk. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy and suitability of formulas for your specific use case.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall AskFormulas, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AskFormulas and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. If you terminate a paid subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be provided for the unused portion.

11. Refund Policy

All payments for AskFormulas are processed through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, who handles all payment-related matters including refunds, taxes, and currency conversions.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date.

Important: This guarantee applies only to your initial purchase. Subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds, but you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

Non-Refundable Usage

Please note that AI tokens and processed requests are non-refundable once consumed, as they represent computational resources that have already been used. Refunds may be considered only for unused portions of your subscription or in cases of technical issues with our service.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please visit paddle.net and submit your refund request using the email address associated with your AskFormulas account. You can also contact our support team at support@askformulas.com, and we will assist you with the Paddle refund process.

All refund requests are reviewed and processed by Paddle at their sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process and will be returned to your original payment method.

12. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede any prior agreements.
